Orders received in time for processing by 12:00pm EST will be shipped same day. As much as possible, all orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
Please use this form when returning items for trade, credit, or advance replacement. You will need to contact our office for an RMA number before
sending in your items. Please put this form in the package along with the returned items and write the RMA# on the outside of the box. This will
ensure proper handling of the return. Please refer to our return and replacement policies
for further information.
North Atlantic accepts several forms of payment for our products and
services. Credit cards, debit cards, money orders, wire transfers and personal or business checks are all valid payment methods.
We do not encourage anyone to send cash by mail but suggest a money order in those cases. We have outlined below the payment
types and any information that is pertinent to each type.
Credit / Debit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover cards.
You will need the authorization number of the card before it can be used. For American express, this is a 4-digit number
on the front of the card just above the account number. For all other cards, this is a 3-digit number on the back of the card printed
just after the last four digits of the account number. Please also have the billing address available.
Personal / Business Checks
We accept personal or
business checks as payment. On the check you will need to include your Drivers License #, full name, street address and phone number.
When you submit a check for payment, please be aware that our bank uses the F.A.R.S. (Federal Automated Recovery System) method of
check recovery. When you provide a check as payment, you authorize our bank to use information from the check to make a one-time
electronic fund transfer from your account, or to process the payment as a check transaction at the bank's discretion.
Additionally, should the check be returned as unpaid, the bank will use the FARS method to attempt recovery.
In that case, you authorize our bank to recover the check and collect a fee, as indicated in the list below, through electronic funds
transfer from your account. This is in addition to any fees charged to us by the bank, which will also be recovered if state law allows

to North Atlantic, Inc. for repair whether the items are under warranty or not. To ensure a timely turnaround, please send this form with the parts
to be repaired and write the number on the outside of the box.
North Atlantic, Inc. offers our customers the following
payment terms: Company Check, Net Upon Receipt, or Net 30 Days. A personal guarantee must accompany the application. Please allow 7 to 21 days for approval terms. Original applications must be received by North Atlantic,
Inc. for final approval.

For over $1,000 - Please complete and sign this form and return it along with a copy of the cardholder's driver's
license and the front and back of the credit card. This will be kept on file as the original signature card and can be used for future orders.
For orders under $1,000 - Only the card number, name as it appears on the card, and the card's billing address are needed.
